Moeller Music Greater Tulsa offers individual musical instruction for singers and pianists in the greater Tulsa area in the state of Oklahoma. Under the direction of Whitney Lee Moeller, students will learn proper and healthy technique as well as a solid foundation in music literacy while gaining confidence to express themselves artistically. Whitney believes in exposing students to a wide variety of musical repertoire, offering many opportunities to grow and explore. She is passionate about creating a safe space for self expression through musical arts and the way this can impact a person's overall happiness and satisfaction with life. Her instruction focuses on creating independent musicians who can listen critically and practice efficiently while integrating musicality and character into their performance.

Whitney is a passionate teacher with experience teaching ages Pre-K through college and adult. She holds a Master's in Music Education and continues to pursue her own professional growth in order to better serve her students.
Whitney holds a master’s degree from the University of Central Missouri in music education with an emphasis in conducting as well as a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University in music education with dual emphasis in vocal and instrumental music. Her teaching certification for the state of Oklahoma is in both vocal and instrumental music K-12.

Ms. Moeller has been teaching choir in Oklahoma public schools since January of 2013. She also serves as an adjunct professor of voice for Tulsa Community College. Her research, entitled "Open Your Mouth: Addressing the Inhibitions of Adolescent Singers Through Child Psychology in Vocal Music Education," was a qualitative study under the supervision of Dr. Alan Zabriskie at the University of Central Missouri.

In addition to this studio, Whitney is the Artistic Director of the Council Oak Men's Chorale and serves as a staff singer/ section leader at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She enjoys collaborating with other local music teachers/ musicians, adjudicating music festivals, and empowering her students to be the best they can be.
